What began as hosting our own home has grown into a hands-on local business focused on doing things the right way

2022

My wife and I had the exciting opportunity to move to the UK for a year. We loved our Raleigh home and wanted to keep our furnishings in place while we were away, so we decided to list it on Airbnb. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made.

2023

The positive feedback from our guests, combined with the financial benefits of operating our primary residence as a short-term rental, made it clear that this was more than a temporary solution. It was something worth building. 

2024

Pinewell Property Group was officially formed and began co-hosting and managing properties for other owners and real estate investors. This year was about building strong systems, clear processes, and a hands-on operational approach with the same personal attention we give to our own property.

2025

Pinewell Property Group became a licensed, real estate firm to deliver a seamless, full-service experience from finding the right investment property to managing it the right way.

2026

Today, Pinewell is accepting new partners who are looking for management built on care, consistency, and trust.
